The L’Oréal SeedZ Management Trainee Program R&I could be your next career step! It’s a challenging and unique way to start your career at L’Oréal.

How does it work?

  1. You will begin your journey at L’Oréal R&I with two 6-month rotations in different positions and métiers, totaling 12 months.
  2. After graduating from L’Oréal SeedZ, you will transition into a permanent position aligned with your expertise, continuing to grow and find your purpose within the group.

The ideal candidate:

You must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: Chemistry (analytical or organic), Physics, Formulation, Physical-chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, AI, Toxicology, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Optics, Clinical affairs, Industrial property, Statistics, Digital communication, Consumer insights, Data science, Image processing, Open Innovation, Project Management, Scientific Communication, Perfumery, Cosmetics.

- Less than two years of work experience

- Deep passion for Science & Tech, with long-term interest in the beauty industry

- Strong communication skills in English & French
