What you’ll be doing

The IT Finance division, a multicultural and multilingual team, is looking for a GRC Manager for L'Oréal Group's Controlling & Internal Audit.

This role oversees the performance of one or more applications throughout their lifecycle, from the service catalog or on demand.

Within the division, comprising around 15 application managers, the GRC Manager will:

• Incident & Service Request Management: Monitor requests, propose solutions, create a service catalog, and identify new services.
• Application Support and Optimization: Define support services, oversee operations, optimize performance, and ensure stability and security to prevent disruptions.
• Business Analysis & Functional Design: Translate business needs into IT processes and designs, representing requirements visually.
• Project & Release Management: Manage implementation projects and participate in key steps.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs, metrics, SLAs, and monitor performance.
• Application Maintenance & Risk Management: Conduct maintenance, address issues, identify risks, and manage escalations and crises.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of products and services.
• Vendor Management: Participate in vendor selection and manage contracts.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with users and suppliers.
• Resource and Knowledge Management: Coordinate resources and foster expertise development.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Lead seminars across zones.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Manage audits, authorizations, risk analyses, and workshops.

What you will need to succeed

Specifically, you should have:

• Over 5 years of experience in IT application management for Finance, Controlling, or Internal Audit, with both technical and functional expertise.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and end-users.
• Familiarity with ITSM solutions and processes.
• Knowledge of GRC solutions.
• Understanding of the application lifecycle (build, run, roll out).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP and SQL.
• GRC AC12 certification.
• Knowledge of Process Control module.
• Experience with Power BI.
