Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for driving innovation and delivering customer-centric solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for you to take ownership of our Product Definition related applications. We're looking for a talented and motivated IT Product Owner with expertise in complex product configurations and enterprise IT systems - especially SAP Variant configuration and related processes.

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead development and IT operations for assigned applications as SAP VC and other custom applications ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage the vendor ecosystem, and work closely with Outokumpu SAP Platform team for technical expertise.
• Product Definition Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in Product Definition (PD) processes. Ensure rollout capabilities for global PD processes in potential new systems. Tight collaboration with CRM and Sales (e.g. Quoting & Sales Order processes).
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Product Program Management, Sales, and SCM stakeholders. Lead change initiatives and drive business value realization.
• Financial Management: Oversee the application lifecycle, including budgeting and KPIs, demonstrating strategic IT service delivery.
• Training & Support: Create training materials, deliver training sessions, and facilitate and support the key super user network for Product Definitions related topics.

• Experience: Several years of successful IT development and operations management in a multinational, multivendor environment, with a focus on Product Definitions in a complex manufacturing industry. Experience working with data integrations and with structured data sets. Knowledge of Product definitions related processes and sales processes is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system development and hands-on experience with SAP Variant Configuration, enabling you to effectively challenge and collaborate with partners.
• Qualifications: A relevant academic degree is required. Agile certification (e.g., SAFe) is a plus and reflects your commitment to continuous improvement.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage remote teams, vendor relationships, and system implementations. Youre a self-starter who thrives on responsibility and accountability.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent interpersonal skills. You can present and negotiate effectively at all levels and manage customer relationships with business stakeholders.

• End-to-End Responsibility: As an IT Product Owner, youll manage the full development lifecycle—from backlog grooming with business counterparts to delivering business value through sprints. Be at the forefront of impactful projects.
• Agile and Traditional Methodologies: Work in a dynamic environment where agile methodologies are the norm, but traditional project management is also valued—especially in SAP related projects. Your versatility will be highly valued.
• Global Impact: Collaborate with remote teams across multiple locations and companies, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives and leading change with stakeholders from various cultures.
