Requirements:

• Multiple years in AI/ML, with deep expertise in information retrieval and RAG systems.
• Strong understanding of agent architectures and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
• Publications or open‑source contributions are a plus.

Seeking a hands‑on engineer to lead the development and optimization of the inference stack. This role focuses on high‑performance model serving, GPU optimization, and MLOps infrastructure for secure enterprise AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize inference infrastructure using vLLM, SGLang, and custom engines.
• Profile and improve latency, throughput, and GPU utilization.
• Extend support to multimodal models (diffusion, ASR/TTS).
• Build robust MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on GPU resource management and scaling.

Requirements:

• Multiple years in ML engineering, with strong GPU and HPC experience.
• Deep knowledge of CUDA, NCCL, InfiniBand, and virtualization.
• Experience with LLMs, model compression, and secure deployment.
• Proficient in PyTorch, Kubernetes, and Linux kernel‑level optimization.
• Open‑source contributions and multimodal model experience are a plus.
