This is a unique opportunity to work on a rapidly growing global topic – network and device connectivity – that links KONEs equipment worldwide. You will play a key role in supporting KONEs R&D and GSS projects, driving the transition to modern connectivity technologies and contributing to a global collaboration network.

About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support KONEs R&D and Global Spares Supply (GSS) projects related to network and connectivity devices, including gateways, modems, and remote monitoring systems. Your role will focus on understanding how these devices operate and connect, supporting the global rollout of connectivity solutions, and ensuring technical excellence across international teams. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from R&D and regional teams, as well as external suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop deep expertise in a rapidly expanding field and contribute directly to KONEs innovation and digitalization journey. You are expected to come to the office in Hyvinkää at least three times a week.
