Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist in Espoo to own the daily physical and social experience of the Espoo workplace. You will source, purchase and install decor, furniture and amenities, and coordinate with local suppliers to keep the office well-stocked and welcoming.

You will run employee feedback activities, manage kitchen supplies, and own the office perks program, ensuring alignment with workplace standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or office management.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable with physical tasks and coordinating vendors.
• Experience managing vendors and purchases within a set budget.
• Experience running or supporting employee feedback activities (surveys, pulse checks).
• Fluent Finnish and English for day-to-day vendor coordination.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Implement decor and seasonal updates across our Espoo offices, in line with our workplace standards.
• Source, purchase and coordinate the installation of decor, furniture and amenities directly with local suppliers.
• Manage kitchen and pantry supplies, and keep convenience, gym and terrace equipment stocked and in good shape.
• Run employee feedback activities and turn the results into concrete improvements.
• Own our office perks program and other everyday moments that make the workplace better.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or office management.
• Practical, hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable with physical tasks such as installing decor and organizing office supplies storage and the print room, and with ordering and coordinating vendors for furniture purchase and assembly.
• Experience managing vendors and purchases within a set budget.
• Experience running or supporting employee feedback activities (surveys, pulse checks).
• Fluent Finnish and English, needed for day-to-day vendor coordination
