Job summary

Enordic Evergreen is seeking a Technical Manager in Finland to take ownership of technical and operational management of selected renewable energy assets. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation while identifying value-adding opportunities and coordinating with O&M providers, manufacturers and grid partners.

The role involves working with the Fleet Management Team, supporting technical due diligence for new investments, and participating in portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wind power and wind turbines.
• Strong technical background with analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple topics.

Responsibilities

• Take holistic ownership of wind farms and other assets, overseeing performance, availability, reliability and operations.
• Coordinate O&M providers, manufacturers and technical suppliers, monitor issues and safety.
• Contribute to budget understanding and assess technical/operational drivers of financial performance.
• Engage with stakeholders for due diligence and integration of new investments.
