Nokia Technology Standards seeks a Patent Specialist/Counsel to protect and strengthen Nokia's IP portfolio within the Wi‑Fi & Multimedia Patenting Team. You will identify, evaluate, and manage IPR, collaborate with in‑house and external patent professionals, and oversee patent prosecution across multiple jurisdictions.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in a technical field and have deep knowledge of Wi‑Fi, multimedia standards, and the patenting process.

Formación

• Master's degree in a technical field related to Nokia's business.
• Strong knowledge of the telecommunications and mobile industry.
• Technical expertise in Wi‑Fi and multimedia technologies and standards.
• Understanding of the patenting process or qualification as a patent attorney.
• Ability to work proactively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and manage IPR with focus on invention assessment and portfolio development.
• Collaborate with in‑house and external patent professionals to prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Manage patent prosecution across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and manage claim charts to support licensing, enforcement, and litigation.
