Job summary

Tate Europe is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the production team and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations. The role reports to the Warehouse Coordinator and involves picking, loading, and maintaining quality standards across the warehouse.

Candidates should have warehouse experience, good English, and a proactive, team-minded approach to meet production requirements. The role emphasizes safety, accurate inventory, and adherence to SOPs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in loading or warehouse environment.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• NFQ Level 6 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and report safety concerns.
• Care for own health and safety and others; follow emergency procedures.
• Perform general warehouse tasks as requested by loading team leader or manager.
• Safely operate MHE and Fork Lift Trucks.
• Follow SOPs for warehouse and loading areas.
• Ensure accurate picking for outbound shipments.
• Check incoming goods before goods receipt on SAP.
• Follow loading plans and daily loading schedule.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse and back yard.
• Check loading lists before picking/loading.
• Use hand tools to cut pallets and ensure proper packing.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Take on other reasonable duties as requested.
