Job summary

Sodexo Oy in Kempele is seeking a part-time waiter to warmly serve customers at lunch spots, manage the cash register, and help maintain a clean dining area. The role supports restaurant operations and coffee service, including busy periods.

The position offers a flexible, dynamic environment with onboarding, training and potential benefits. Work hours are Mon–Thu 10:30–14:30, with some shifts 6:00–18:00, starting August 2026.

Qualifications

• Solution-oriented and flexible attitude.
• Attention to detail and good verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service roles.
• Independent work style (at times working at the site alone).
• Good Finnish language skills and English language ability.
• A hygienic certificate.

Responsibilities

Waiter position at Sodexo in Kempele, serving customers warmly at lunch restaurants located at Business Park Vihikari 10, Kempele.

Responsibilities

• serving customers at the cash register
• maintaining the lunch buffet and dining room cleanliness
• participating in all restaurant duties as needed
• independently handle coffee service and orders, being an important part of the restaurant operations and ensuring smooth customer service also in busy times
