Job summary

Supercell, based in Helsinki, seeks a passionate UI Designer to shape player-facing services across Community and Creator initiatives. You’ll own the visual and UX direction for web and in-game experiences, collaborating with game teams, Supercell ID, Store teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality designs.

You should bring a strong UI/UX portfolio, deep UX principles understanding, and excellent communication to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering player- or consumer-facing UI/UX designs.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work that drives engagement.
• Strong visual skills and design vision, with art direction background if possible.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and ability to adapt designs from user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, polished player-facing services for Community and Creator initiatives.
• Create visually outstanding UI/UX across web and in-game platforms.
• Collaborate with game teams, Supercell ID, Store teams, and external agencies.
• Own projects from concept to release, including live ops support.
• Contribute to long-term vision of player-facing community services.
• Help team develop new tools and AI-driven workflows.
