Job summary

Supercell Oy is seeking a passionate UI Designer to join the Community Team. You will define how players experience Supercell beyond gameplay by designing intuitive, polished services for community initiatives across in-game, web, and creator platforms.

You’ll collaborate with game teams, Supercell ID and Store teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive player-first experiences. You will own projects from concept to release, contribute to the long-term vision for community services, and

Qualifications

Background in product or UI/UX design with a track record of player- or consumer-facing designs.
A portfolio showcasing stunning UI/UX work that drives excitement and engagement.
Strong visual skills and creative vision; background in graphic design and art direction.
Deep understanding of UX principles and ability to adapt designs from player feedback.
Good information architecture and visual hierarchy; solid interaction and motion design.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, polished player-facing services for Community and Creator initiatives.
Create visually outstanding UI/UX across web and in-game platforms.
Collaborate with game teams, Supercell ID, Store teams, and external agencies.
Take ownership from concepts to releases, including live operations support.
Contribute to long-term vision of player-facing community services.
Help the team develop new tools and workflows, including smart AI usage.
