Job summary

Supercell, based in Helsinki, seeks a Senior UX Designer to transform complex operational workflows into intuitive LiveOps tools used by game teams. You will partner with designers, engineers, product managers, and live operations teams to uncover real user needs and translate insights into practical, scalable designs.

Role focuses on end-to-end UX for internal tools, usability testing, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple teams to deliver improved workflows and a stronger player

Qualifications

• Multiyear experience designing products for technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with complex, data-heavy interfaces and multi-step workflows.
• System thinking in designing solutions for live services.
• Ability to conduct usability and user validation testing.
• Strong user research and discovery skills with stakeholder collaboration.
• Capacity to turn ambiguous problems into clear design strategies.
• Excellent communication to explain decisions to diverse audiences.
• Ownership mindset and adaptability based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user experience for internal LiveOps tools from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with game teams to map workflows and identify pain points to improve efficiency.
• Design intuitive solutions for complex operational problems across multiple teams.
• Lead product research using user interviews, observation, and workshops.
• Create information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for data-rich apps.
• Develop deep LiveOps domain understanding to inform design decisions.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to validate designs and iterate improvements.
• Provide design guidance during implementation to ensure high-quality UX.
