Job summary
Aiforia is seeking a talented UX/product designer to join the Create team, building the market-leading AI model development tool for cancer and disease detection in pathology image analysis. You will own design end to end, translating complex AI workflows into intuitive interfaces for clinicians and researchers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as UX/product designer for SaaS/B2B products.
- Able to own design decisions end to end independently.
- Translate complex domains into simple user flows.
- Strong visual, UI, interaction design for data-dense UIs.
- Experience with user research (observation, interviews, usability testing).
- Comfort in fast-paced, iterative design cycles.
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.
- English fluency; work authorization in Finland.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design in the Aiforia Create development team and translate user needs into intuitive solutions.
- Shape solutions with developers, product owners, and users; influence what gets built.
- Improve user flows to increase efficiency for the users.
- Work closely with users in-office, observe, interview, and test UI concepts.
- Tackle the complexity of image-analysis AI model-building and turn it into usable flows.
