We are looking for a talented UX/product designer to join the team behind Aiforia Create, our market-leading tool for developing deep learning AI models that help detect cancer and other diseases through image analysis. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing cutting‑edge technology to practical use in healthcare.
Aiforia Create covers the full lifecycle of an AI model, from annotating and training to validating, with capabilities spanning pathology image viewing, drawing tools, data visualizations, collaborative workflows, and model configurations.
Take ownership of design in the Aiforia Create development team, independently translating user needs into intuitive, easy‑to‑use solutions.
Shape solutions together with developers, product owners, and users - your ideas will directly influence what gets built.
Improve user flows to make our users' work more efficient.
Work closely with users based in the same office, observing and interviewing them, and testing ideas and UI concepts directly with them.
Dive into the complex world of image analysis AI model-building, and turn that complexity into flows people can actually use with confidence.
Collaborate with designers from other teams to exchange feedback and keep design consistent across products.
Solid experience (5+ years) as a UX/product designer on SaaS and B2B software products, ideally including time spent working independently or as the sole designer - comfortable owning design decisions end to end.
Ability to translate complex, technical domains into simple, intuitive user flows and comfort diving into unfamiliar subject matter until you truly understand it.
Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills, including a knack for making data‑dense UIs - metrics panels, confusion matrices, filter systems - scannable rather than exhausting.
Hands‑on experience with user research (observation, interviews, usability testing) to validate ideas before committing to them.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment, moving through quick design iterations rather than long, drawn‑out design cycles.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to shape and refine solutions together.
Familiarity with machine learning or AI concepts is a plus.
Fluent in Figma and comfortable using AI to support your daily workflow.
Fluent in written and oral English skills.
Must possess an existing valid authorization to work in Finland.
A meaningful role in a fast‑growing healthtech company transforming medical image analysis.
Opportunity to work with cutting‑edge AI technology and impactful products.
A collaborative, international, and innovative environment with highly skilled colleagues.
Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid – a minimum of 2 days/week on-site)
