Qualifications

• 4+ лет UX или product design для разработчиков
• Опыт проектирования CLI, API, SDK, документации или порталов разработчика
• Опыт прототипирования интеракций от эскизов до рабочих прототипов
• Опыт работы с облачными концепциями вычислений, включая инстансы, хранение, сеть, Kubernetes

Responsabilités

Verda is a technology company building cloud infrastructure for AI, providing on-demand compute at scale. It operates across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Задачи

• Map and improve the end-to-end developer journey across the CLI, API, SDK, and other surfaces
• Design AI-assisted and agentic UX interactions that simplify developer workflows and reduce cognitive load
• Own documentation UX, including structure, findability, and connections to product flows
• Define and apply design patterns for developer-facing surfaces, including error messages, CLI output, API responses, authentication flows, and onboarding
• Identify and resolve friction in developer workflows with Product and Engineering, prioritising and implementing improvements
• Collaborate with the product design team to align DX patterns with the broader console design language

Требования

• 4+ Years of UX or product design experience focused on developer-facing products
• Experience designing CLIs, APIs, SDKs, documentation, or developer portals
• Coding experience sufficient to assess developer ergonomics and validate flows hands‑on
• Ability to prototype interactions and flows at varying fidelity, from concept sketches to functional prototypes tested with developers
• Hands‑on familiarity with cloud compute concepts, including instances, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and inference workloads
• Understanding of API structure and user-focused API interaction design
• Strong systems thinking across CLI, documentation, console, and agent experiences
• Enthusiasm for AI and developer tooling, with active use of AI tools in personal workflows
• Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering, translating developer pain points into concrete design improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to technical stakeholders
• Будет плюсом: experience at a developer tools company, cloud provider, or infrastructure startup, configuring cloud compute or writing scripts against cloud APIs, familiarity with inference pipelines, model deployment, or ML infrastructure, experience designing AI‑assisted or agentic workflows
