Job summary

Responsibilities

• Разработка дизайн-системы, начиная с библиотеки Figma, foundations и guidance.
• Определение последовательности внедрения, структуры токенов и баланса гибкости/последовательности.
• Совместная работа с фронтенд-инженерами по API и прототипам.
• Содействие принятию решений через встречи с PM/инженерами и руководством, миграционные задачи.
• Установка и поддержание стандартов качества UI в рамках дизайн-системы.
• Применение AI-инструментов для документации, генерации вариантов и миграций.
• Ответственность за адаптацию и скорость доставки команды.
• Сотрудничество с дизайнерами, брендом, инженерным складом и клиентами.

Описание:

ICEYE provides persistent monitoring capabilities using the world’s largest and most advanced synthetic aperture radar satellite constellation. Its intelligence services support defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, and emergency management, while its sovereign systems enable governments to operate their own constellations.

Задачи:

• Build a design system, starting with a Figma library, shared foundations, and written guidance, then developing token architecture, coded components, and scalable documentation
• Decide the implementation sequence, token structure, and balance between flexibility and consistency
• Co-design components with frontend engineers by discussing APIs, reading pull requests, and prototyping in code
• Drive adoption by making the case to product managers, engineers, and leadership, running office hours, and handling migration work
• Set and maintain the craft bar across the design system domain
• Apply AI tools to documentation, variant generation, token maintenance, migration codemods, and specification drafting
• Take accountability for adoption, consistency, shipped UI quality, and team delivery speed
• Collaborate across the organization with designers, brand and marketing design, sales engineers, and customers

Требования:

• Have taken a design system from nothing to adoption in an organization that initially lacked one and was not convinced it needed one
• Read React and CSS, understand component APIs, run a repository locally, and open pull requests
• Influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Demonstrate exceptional craft in layout systems, typography, color, and visual hierarchy for dense, complex professional interfaces
• Have practical experience using AI tools in design work and understand where they help and where they fail
• Have owned UX end-to-end for complex professional products, from discovery through launch and subsequent learning
• Expert in Figma
• Have a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and design execution
• Demonstrate outcome-driven thinking, curiosity about users and design and technology trends and history, pragmatic product judgment, clear communication, and respectful collaboration
• Будет плюсом: accessibility-first design, theming, dark mode or multi-brand systems, data-dense or map-heavy or real-time interfaces, public writing or open-source contributions on design systems, experience in high-stakes or regulated environments
