Job summary

Oulun yliopisto seeks two University Lecturers in University Pedagogy to join the Centre for Teaching Support and Development (OPE) on permanent contracts. The role blends university pedagogy teaching with support for teachers and degree programmes to strengthen staff pedagogical competence and advance research-based teaching across the university.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field and university pedagogy training.
• Minimum two years of higher education teaching and supervision experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality research-based teaching and supervise theses.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and develop introductory and continuing education modules in university pedagogy.
• Support teachers, teaching teams and degree programmes in teaching, guidance, assessment and curriculum work.
• Contribute to development of the OPE-centre's operations and networking in line with university strategy.
