Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, industrial engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in a similar controlling, finance or business analytics role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of production processes, manufacturing cost structures, inventory valuation principles and cost accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production costs, unit costs, inventory impacts and cost efficiency to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
• Provide analyses, KPIs, performance evaluations, cost reports and business insights on a monthly basis and for ad hoc needs.
• Support monthly closing activities, forecasting processes and various business development initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analyses to improve operational performance and support fact-based decision making.
• Collaborate across production units globally to gain exposure to manufacturing operations and international processes.
