Job summary

Sandvik Turku site is seeking a Production Controller to drive profitability by turning data into actionable insights. You will blend finance, operations and analytics to monitor costs, inventory, and efficiency in a global manufacturing setting.

You will lead monthly closes, forecasting and performance reporting, building dashboards and KPIs that inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement across the production unit.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Several years in controlling, finance or business analytics in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production costs and inventory valuation.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and cost reports.
• Partner with production management to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with global Load & Haul units.
