Job summary

Vaski Group seeks a Business Controller to join the financial team in Seinäjoki. You will oversee financial performance of customer delivery projects, develop budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights for operations across Finland and Sweden.

The role reports to the Group Finance Director and involves shaping controlling practices, implementing a new reporting system, and participating in the group’s growth in a fast-paced, international environment. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in controlling or business controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate numbers into insights.
• Proactive and able to drive improvements in process and reporting.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and costs of customer delivery projects.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes for the group.
• Support operations with financial insights and reporting.
• Develop and implement new reporting systems and practices.
