Unikie in Oulu is seeking a Test Engineer to join an on-site customer project. You will help the team build confidence in its software by developing automated tests, finding the cause of failures, and making test results useful throughout development.

You’ll work with Python and Linux in a collaborative environment, using Git and CI/CD workflows. The role is based on-site in Oulu and offers opportunities to deepen testing skills.

• Hands-on experience in software testing and test automation.
• Good Python scripting skills.
• Confidence working in Linux environments and with Git.
• An understanding of how automated tests fit into CI/CD pipelines.
• A practical approach to troubleshooting and working with a team.
• Experience with Robot Framework, test case refactoring, or manual functional testing is an advantage.

TEST ENGINEER

We’re looking for a Test Engineer to join Unikie in an on-site customer project in Oulu. You’ll help the team build confidence in its software by developing automated tests, finding the cause of failures, and making test results useful throughout development.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain test automation using Python.
• Design test cases and improve regression coverage.

You’ll work on a technically engaging customer project with colleagues who enjoy solving difficult problems together. At Unikie, you’ll have room to develop your expertise in a supportive, low-hierarchy engineering community. The role is based on-site in Oulu.
