Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for new test automation experts to join our team

Our experienced team is looking for reinforcements for our client projects. The candidate is expected to have solid experience in test automation. The work will mainly be done on a hybrid model. We are looking for someone who enjoys a consultancy role and wants to develop as an expert and be involved in the development of customer systems and services. You should have at least a senior level understanding of the client's business and of the systems landscape, needs and requirements associated with multi-vendor environments. You are willing to challenge entrenched practices, working methods and approaches with a positive approach in the midst of change. You are motivated by the opportunity to develop yourself in a constantly and rapidly changing technological environment.

What do we want from you?

We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in test automation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the role of a consultant and who wants to continuously help their clients achieve better results. You should understand the big picture for clients, positively challenge clients in the midst of change and continuously develop yourself in a fast-changing technological environment.

You are self-motivated, able to work independently and also as part of a team. You are customer service oriented and have good problem solving and communication skills.

Skills requirements:

• Experience and evidence of implementing test automation solutions
• Knowledge of test automation tools, in particular the Robot Framework
• Programming skills, especially Python
• Experience in implementing test environments and evidence of competence also at a practical level
• Good oral and written Finnish language skills

We also appreciate:

• Experience of using the Jenkins automation and development platform solution for test automation
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, AWS
