Job summary

Unikie is seeking a Senior Test Automation Specialist to join the client team onsite in Tampere. You will develop and maintain automated testing for software systems, collaborate with developers, and enhance product quality through robust test automation.

You will design functional, integration, and system tests, investigate failures, and support CI workflows, with a focus on on-site delivery in Tampere.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR Senior Test Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Test Automation Specialist to join Unikie and work as part of a client team onsite in Tampere. You’ll help develop and maintain automated testing for software systems, working closely with developers and other specialists to improve product quality. This is a long-term consulting assignment, and the work is carried out onsite at the client’s premises in Tampere.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain test automation using Python
• Design and implement functional, integration, and system tests
• Investigate test failures, debug issues, and communicate findings
• Work with the client’s engineering team to improve test coverage and testing practices
• Support automated testing in development and continuous integration workflows

Required Qualifications
