Job summary

Hitachi Energy Finland Oy is seeking a Tender Controller for its Grid Integration business in Vaasa (FI) or Västerås (SE). You will provide robust financial control, forecasting, and risk mitigation to drive profitable tender and project outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in project/tender controlling, strong SAP FI/CO and PS knowledge, and excellent Excel skills. English fluency is essential; Finnish/Swedish is a plus. This is an on-site position with exposure to international engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in project controlling or tender controlling.
Strong knowledge of project accounting and revenue recognition.
Proficient in SAP FI/CO and PS modules; advanced MS Excel skills.
Fluent in English; Finnish/Swedish an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support tender processes with cost estimations, risk assessments, and profitability analyses.
Develop and maintain financial models for project profitability and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies, support audits.
Collaborate with tender managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders for insights.
Monitor tender project KPIs, margins, exposure, and risks.
