Job summary

VTT, a leading European research organisation, invites an experienced Technology Solution Sales Lead to shape Micronova Fab’s commercial operations in Espoo. You will build the operating model, define sales processes, and create customer-oriented service offerings bridging research and commercialization.

In this role you will partner with the Fab Director, researchers and the sales team to drive lead generation, negotiate frame agreements, and productize Fab’s capabilities to meet market needs.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on sales experience in value-based solutions.
• Proven ability to sell projects and tailored customer solutions.
• Experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, or photonics.
• Strong English communication; Finnish/German/French are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Fab’s commercial operating model and sales processes.
• Lead end-to-end sales from lead to delivery with researchers and stakeholders.
• Productize Fab’s technology services based on market needs.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft winning offers and negotiate terms.
