Cross Border Talents is seeking a Solution Specialist (Finnish Speaker) to join our hybrid team in Malaga/Valencia, Spain. You will operate at the intersection of technology, business, and human connection, helping SMEs adopt modern cloud solutions.

In this role you will engage customers, run demos, tailor discussions, and plan implementation with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset. Fluent Finnish and English are required, with 3–6+ years in technology-focused sales or consulting and solid cloud
