Job summary

Evac Oy is seeking a Technical Writer responsible for creating manuals, data sheets, user instructions, and other technical documents for standard products and delivery projects, as well as spare parts. You will develop Evac's documentation system in collaboration with the documentation team and ensure timely delivery to clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a skilled team to maintain documentation quality and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in product and project documentation.
• Experience in technical documentation, reporting and other engineering tasks.
• Commitment to provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to work.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Technical writing for projects, products, and spare parts.
• Document control for projects and collaborating with other document controllers.
• Assisting the Lead Documentation Engineer in workload management and work assignments.
• Developing best practices and improving the documentation system.
