Job summary

Evac is seeking a Documentation Specialist to create manuals, data sheets, user instructions, and other technical documents for standard products and delivery projects. You will help ensure documents meet project demands and are delivered on time, while developing Evac’s documentation system with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Experience in product and project documentation.
• Experience in technical documentation, reporting and other engineering tasks.

• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to work.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

About the role

In this role, you will work with versatile documentation tasks and your responsibilities are for example to create manuals, data sheets, user instructions, and other technical documents for both standard products and delivery projects, as well as spare parts. You will play a key role in ensuring the documents meet project demands and are delivered to clients on time. Additionally, you will proactively develop Evac’s documentation system and procedures in close collaboration with a highly skilled documentation team.
