Job summary

Rosendahl Nextrom in Vantaa, Finland seeks a Technical Documentation Engineer to own and develop the documentation for our machines and production lines.

You will lead the shift to a structured documentation system, coordinate with teams in Austria, and ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical background in mechanical/technical field required.
• Minimum 3 years in technical documentation, writing or similar role.
• Proactive mindset to own and develop documentation.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail in multi-project work.
• Excellent collaboration across international teams.
• Fluent in Finnish and English in speech and writing.
• Experience with documentation tools and CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own, create and maintain technical documentation for machines, equipment and lines.
• Lead migration to a structured documentation system.
• Harmonise terminology with Austria team and act as local key user.
• Ensure documentation meets regulations and customer requirements (EU Machinery Regulation).
• Coordinate documentation availability with mechanical, electrical, software and process engineering teams.
• Develop documentation processes and drive continuous improvement.
