Job summary

Corpay is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager in Espoo, Finland. You will lead the technical delivery, launch and ongoing operation of integrations between Plugsurfing and customers/partners, ensuring reliable data exchange and readiness for day-to-day use.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and external partners, reporting to Head of Service Delivery Management in a hybrid setup across Espoo or other hubs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical delivery or onboarding projects.
• Proven delivery of integrations in SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong project- and stakeholder-management skills; clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding of customers and partners and the data interfaces.
• Serve as the primary technical counterpart during onboarding and handover.
• Manage complex changes including migrations, upgrades and connection changes.
• Coordinate discovery, configuration, testing, validation and launch readiness with internal and external teams.
• Ensure smooth transition to day-to-day operations and maintain clear documentation.
• Monitor health of integrations and drive improvements and issue resolution.
