Job summary

Cramo is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our headquarters in Vantaa. You will lead and coach a team of 11 professionals, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close and acting as main contact for internal stakeholders.

In this role you will drive process development, support operations to meet targets, and contribute to our growth while expanding your leadership capabilities within a Nordic environment. Hybrid work with office presence several days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from University of Applied Sciences or Master degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within an international environment.
• Experience with SAP.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Job description

We are currently looking for a new Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our headquarters in Vantaa.

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the performance of the Accounts Payable team across Nordics, reporting to Mick, Manager Accounts Payable. In this role, you will lead and coach a team of 11 professionals, ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities, and act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in process development and achieving operational objectives. In addition, you will support operational activities whenever needed to ensure targets are met.

Your first six months in the role

Months 1-2

• You will focus on getting to know your team and understanding the current ways of working and actively build collaboration and trust, fostering strong relationships that support both team success and continuous improvement.
• Become familiar with our systems, business operations, and processes with the support of your manager and team.
• Review and align on your individual objectives and expectations for the role.
• Participate in month-end closing activities as part of the team.

Months 3-4

• Deepen your understanding of Accounts Payable processes and ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Gain confidence in using our systems independently.
• Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Months 5-6

• Take full accountability of your responsibilities and daily team operations with a proactive and independent approach.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively drive development initiatives forward.
• You lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve high performance and service excellence, working closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless financial operations.

Qualifications

The salary range for this position is €3,400–€4,300 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. We work in a hybrid model and meet at the office three to four times per week.
