Ammattiopisto Spesia in Finland is seeking a Teaching Supervisor to guide, motivate and support students across diverse learning environments. You will work independently and with a multidisciplinary team, helping students with studies and everyday life skills as a teaching partner.
The role is full-time (38 hours 15 minutes per week), and salary follows the Private Education Sector Collective Agreement, with a range of about 2368–2710 EUR per month. A criminal record extract is required.
The Teaching Supervisor will guide, motivate and support students in various learning environments, independently and in collaboration with other staff. The role includes guiding students in studies and everyday life skills as a teaching partner, working as part of a multidisciplinary team (for example housing, student services, catering services). The aim is to support the student’s holistic development and success. A proactive work attitude and the ability to adapt to changing situations are required.
The job is full-time, 38 hours 15 minutes per week, excluding school holidays. The salary is paid in accordance with the Private Education Sector Collective Agreement, with a salary range of about 2368–2710 EUR per month.
