Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience testing complex software or hardware systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to find root causes.
• Proficiency in English communication; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
• Experience with embedded, industrial, automotive, robotics, telecom, defense, medical devices or similar systems.
• Knowledge of test automation, scripting, APIs, and communication protocols.
• Technical background in software engineering, computer engineering, electronics, automation, embedded systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of testing activities, and travel across Europe as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document system testing and validation activities.
• Verify new functionality and ensure it meets specifications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues that arise.
• Work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve system quality.
