Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead satellite structural analysis from concept to qualification. You will drive FE analyses, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and ensure designs meet launch and on-orbit requirements.

You will collaborate with systems, electrical, and manufacturing teams, applying ECSS, NASA, or MIL standards to ensure reliability and manufacturability for space structures.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience leading and managing structural analysis or engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical stress, vibration, and thermal effects on space structures.
  • Strong expertise in finite element analysis, including structural dynamics and failure analysis.
  • Experience with mechanical, hybrid, and bonded joints for load-carrying composite structures.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards such as ECSS, NASA, or MIL.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with systems, electrical, and manufacturing teams.

Job description
