Job summary

Nokia is seeking enthusiastic students to join our strategy, business development and market intelligence teams as trainees. The internship lasts about a year, starting from the end of 2026 to summer 2027, with option for part-time work alongside studies.

The work location is Espoo with flexible remote hybrid arrangements. You will conduct market and company analyses, prepare presentations for strategy and licensing negotiations, and contribute to dashboards and market models, gaining insight

Qualifications

• Active student status in the EU required throughout the internship.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Drive for professional development and curiosity to learn about Nokia and the industry.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse information about markets in the industries where our licensees operate and in potential new licensing verticals.
• Analyse individual companies as potential licensees.
• Create presentation materials for strategy, market updates, decision-making and licensing negotiations.
• Draw insights from data and build market models and dashboards.
