Qualifications

• University studies close to graduation in finance, business, engineering or another relevant field
• Strong academic performance
• Some experience from demanding analytical work, e.g. in consulting, private equity, banking, corporate finance or a comparable environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills
• Strong communication skills, with a strong command of PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work both independently with a proactive attitude, and as a team member with excellent collaboration skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in the use of AI agents and data analysis environments such as Python, Databricks, Power BI, or Celonis is considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analyses and turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations
• Prepare compelling presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders across KONE
• Collaborate with stakeholders across KONE and contribute to high-priority strategic initiatives
