Job summary

AGCO Corporation, a global agricultural machinery leader, seeks a Cost Engineer to support regional procurement strategy and drive value through detailed cost analytics. You will deliver cross-functional support across sourcing and product development, contributing to cost savings and robust procurement processes.

The role requires an engineering background with cost engineering experience, strong data analysis, and fluent English and Finnish.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Bachelor/Master); MBA a plus.
• 2+ years cost analyst/engineering experience preferred.
• Fluent English and Finnish; other European languages a plus.
• Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Cross-functional project management experience and procurement negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Support regional supplier cost reduction programs.
• Conduct detailed manufacturing process simulations & should-cost calculations.
• Provide active negotiating support to global commodity teams.
• Define and maintain standardized cost analysis systems globally.
• Support AGCO School of Purchasing locally.
