Job summary

AGCO is seeking a logistics professional to ensure continuous material availability for production at our Suolahti Manufacturing site in Finland. You will coordinate supply, manage supplier relations, and maintain material flow to support on-time machine deliveries to farmers.

You will oversee material planning, master data, shortages, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners, while monitoring 25–60 suppliers and 300–1,500 material numbers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 2+ year work experience within logistics / transport / supply chain area; Fluent English (written & spoken). Finnish is a plus.
• Strong or good Excel skills.
• Understanding of supply chain and material flow principles; good under pressure.
• Values teamwork, openness, ownership, commitment, proactivity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous material availability for production by coordinating supply and maintaining inventory within targets.
• Manage supplier relationships and logistics activities through daily communications and issue resolution.
• Oversee material planning: master data maintenance, new part implementation, shortage reporting, cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor supplier performance by actively managing 25–60 suppliers and 300–1,500 material numbers.
• Support successful production and customer deliveries by ensuring materials are available at the right time.
