Job summary

Wärtsilä is seeking a People Intelligence & Analytics Partner to advise senior leaders on workforce and organizational decisions. The role combines business insight, consulting excellence and advanced analytics to deliver actionable workforce insights across Marine, Energy and Group Functions.

You will help shape analytics roadmaps and promote data-informed decision-making globally. Based in Finland with global scope, the role focuses on onboard of new data sources, governance, and scalable

Qualifications

Extensive experience in People Analytics or HR analytics consulting.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a global business.
Track record leading analytics projects from concept to implementation.
Experience handling workforce data and analytics platforms.
Fluent English in business communication is required.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic workforce advisory and partner with senior leaders across functions.
Shape workforce decisions through data-informed insights and actionable recommendations.
Lead end-to-end analytics projects from problem framing to implementation.
Onboard and integrate new data sources into Visier and other systems.
Develop scalable analytics solutions and dashboards for self-service use.
Drive governance, data quality, and trust in workforce data.
