Job summary

Nordea seeks an experienced Lead Project Leader for AWS AI to drive delivery and governance of the bank's AWS-based AI platform initiatives. You will lead cross-functional delivery across AWS foundations, security, data and engineering, translating strategic AI and cloud ambitions into executable plans.

In this role you will align business needs with platform capabilities, manage dependencies, and report progress to senior stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex technology programmes in AWS Cloud environments.
• Experience in AWS platform governance and landing-zone implementation.
• Ability to scope, govern and deliver AWS AI platform initiatives for reusable capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS AI platform initiatives, from scope to handover.
• Establish delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, resources and risks.
• Coordinate across cloud engineering, security, architecture, data and business teams.
• Drive evolution of AWS foundations for scalable AI adoption and platform resilience.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, AI use cases and platform roadmaps.
• Facilitate governance and approval processes per internal policies and Nordea framework.
• Provide concise updates to senior stakeholders on delivery status and actions.
