Job summary

Evac Group is seeking an experienced Director, Business Finance, Global Operations based in Espoo to strengthen financial leadership across global supply chain and manufacturing. You will partner with Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain leaders to drive cost savings, capital efficiency and scalable finance processes amid an ERP transformation.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Global Operations, while challenging investment decisions, improving cash generation

Qualifications

A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
At least 10 years of progressive finance experience in international industrial, engineering or project-based organisation.
Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to explain principles to non-finance stakeholders.
Proven Finance Business Partner to Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement with analytical credibility.
Experience in supply chain finance, direct material costs, cost modelling and savings validation.
Financial experience supporting complex international manufacturing, operations or supply chain environments.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and working-capital management.
Strong commercial judgement and ability to challenge assumptions constructively.

Responsibilities

Act as primary strategic and financial sparring partner to SVP, Global Operations.
Provide financial leadership for investments, sourcing negotiations and performance management.
Lead financial evaluation of sourcing, footprint optimisation, capex and transformation initiatives.
Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for executives.
Prepare high-quality financial analysis and presentations for leadership reviews.
Drive financial ownership and accountability across Global Operations.
