Job summary

Roche Pharma Finland seeks a Finance Enterprise Partner to act as a strategic thought partner and advisor, ensuring financial excellence and compliance in daily operations. You will guide resource allocation and bridge data with actionable strategy to deliver value to patients.

You will collaborate with the Baltics team on planning, forecasting and performance reporting, while overseeing local financial tasks and tax compliance. Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
• 5+ years in Finance Business Partnering or a related strategic finance role.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support local business planning, budgeting and forecasting with the Baltics team.
• Guide strategic resource allocation and oversee operating expenses.
• Provide insights through dashboards and regular performance reporting.
• Lead local tax compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
• Coordinate finance tasks including payments and local reporting.
