Job summary

Nordea is seeking a strategic finance analyst to elevate Group Finance’s planning, execution and performance steering from Helsinki/Stockholm. You will combine financial expertise with a forward‑looking mindset to drive transformational impact at the highest strategic level.

You will be central to Group-wide planning across P&L, capital and funding advisory, and you will influence how strategy is translated into financial plans and decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong finance background at the intersection of strategy, execution and performance steering.
• 5–7+ years’ experience in financial planning, performance management, or strategy/management consulting within financial services.
• Solid understanding of bank financials and ability to translate strategy into financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop Group-level financial planning and forecasting.
• Lead the change towards the next level of financial planning and steering.
• Provide forward-looking analysis and scenario insights to support decision-making.
• Translate strategy into financial plans, priorities and steering metrics.
• Strengthen governance, structure and follow-up related to strategy execution.
• Partner with CFOs and senior stakeholders across Business Areas and Group Functions.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and impact.
