Job summary

atNorth Holding AB is expanding its finance team in Espoo and seeks a Business Partner to shape investment decisions through rigorous financial analysis and strategic insights. You will partner with Finance, Development, and senior leadership to drive value creation and prudent capital allocation across Nordic data-center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related areas.
• Experience with large infrastructure or construction project finance.
• Experience with ERP, EPM, BI, and reporting tools.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial plans for major investments.
• Assess viability of new sites and capacity expansions.
• Support decision-making with scenario modelling.
• Provide governance and monitor portfolio performance.
• Create dashboards and reporting on CAPEX and investment results.
