Qualifications

• MBA or MSc in economics or related field.
• Proven experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
• Experience with group-level reporting and KPI-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
• Strong IT skills and advanced Excel; knowledge of BI tools like Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain P&L reporting accuracy per Volvo Group standards.
• Provide internal reporting and KPI-driven insights to management.
• Develop rolling forecasts and investment reporting with business cases.
• Monitor fixed costs and cost follow-ups; support month-end closing.
• Contribute to IT projects and drive process automation in reporting.
