Job summary

Google is seeking a Community Development Manager to support Finland's data center infrastructure growth through data-driven insights and programmatic engagement with communities, stakeholders, and government officials. You will manage day-to-day program delivery, research in-market opportunities, and drive partnerships aligned with management goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience working with local municipalities, associations, key opinion formers, non-profit decision makers, education institutions, and community members.
Ability to travel 25% of the time as required.

Responsibilities

Lead global data center community development strategies, investments, and impact for Finland.
Collaborate with leaders to scale sub regional coverage with place-based frameworks and partnerships.
Develop communication tools to educate local communities about data centers and create investment plans.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple Google departments and partners.
Engage with municipal leaders, schools, and nonprofits to center initiatives on community needs.
