Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Staff Antenna Design Engineer to develop high performing miniaturized antennas for wearable devices. You will design, simulate, and optimize antennas, perform electromagnetic simulations, and validate with bench and OTA measurements.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to integrate antennas into compact form factors, conduct OTA testing, and drive design iterations while traveling 5–20% of the time to support prototypes across Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in antenna and RF design for compact devices.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Proficiency with CST, HFSS, and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize antennas for low-power wearable devices.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations and validate designs with bench and OTA measurements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to integrate antennas into constrained form factors.
