Job summary

Kokkola-based Spare Part Planner role in Global Customer Support at Kongsberg Maritime Finland OY. You will connect procurement, production and sales to ensure parts and orders are completed on time and continuously improve delivery lead times. We value an analytical, hands-on planner with ERP/Excel experience.

Qualifications

Spare Part Planner, Waterjets

An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Spare Part Planner with us at Kongsberg Maritime in Kokkola. You will be a Planner in our Global Customer Support division (GCS). The division is responsible for the customer support activities towards installed systems until phase out and removal.

You will be a key player in improvement of delivery time to our customers, mitigate risk upon delivery and other supply chain activities. We are looking for an analytical and hands‑on planner to improve customer satisfaction by cooperating with our supply chain and sales team to ensure orders are delivered as planned.

This is a great opportunity for either recent graduate or professional to join our Spare Parts team in Waterjets!

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Finance or Engineering
• Oral and written communication skills in English, Finnish and Swedish is seen as an advantage.
• It is considered an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Excel, SQL
