Job summary

Jobtailor in Espoo, Finland is seeking a sourcing professional to take ownership of IT and IM category sourcing initiatives. You will lead RFIs and RFPs, coordinate cross-functional evaluations, and develop robust sourcing practices while strengthening supplier relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficient, compliant sourcing outcomes and continuous capability development in IT sourcing and indirect procurement.

• Collaborate with the IM Category Manager and other key stakeholders
• Plan and lead sourcing cases, including RFIs and RFPs

• Develop sourcing practices, templates, and capabilities

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Experience with and understanding of IT projects, services, or solutions and their sourcing
• Good collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills
• A practical, can‑do approach and the ability to prioritise and drive sourcing cases forward
• Willingness to learn and further develop your expertise in IT sourcing and indirect procurement
• A relevant university or polytechnic degree
• Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
